In partnership with you, we design programs, processes and action plans to help individuals and
organizations deal with continuous dramatic changes in order to be more agile and competitive in
today’s environment. Using a model of change and renewal, we help people at all levels in the
organization to shift from the present state through transition to a pro-active future focus and plan.

  • Co-facilitated year-long strategic change process with 18 member non-profit Board of
    Directors, resulting in new vision, strategic plan, transition proposal for staff and coaching
    for Executive Director of 25 years; designed search criteria and plan for selecting new
    Executive Director.
  • Co-designed and facilitated ‘Choices for the Future’ program for over 200 people in sales
    and marketing division in Fortune 500 biotech company. The program helped people sustain
    peak performance, develop skills for renewal and reduce stress in the face of change,
    uncertainty, organizational growth, and frequent reorganizations.
