Mainquist Consulting is a consulting and coaching firm based in Santa Barbara, CA. I started the business out of a passion to make a difference for people to live on purpose and to achieve their highest potential. My commitment is to serve as a catalyst for transformation, renewal and growth. My services create and sustain learning and positive change for individuals, teams and organizations.
A History of Service
Mainquist Consulting began in 1988 as CareerVisions with a focus on career development and training. Over the past twenty years, services have expanded to include executive, career and life transition coaching, training, organizational development and learning products. Now, several thousand individuals— from CEO’s to artists, from scientists to managers, from engineers to educators, have been served through programs and individual coaching. I love the diversity of working with people’s unique gifts and skills.
My work is service-driven. I partner with clients to assess and understand needs and to design solutions. For complex projects, a personally selected team of associates provides an unparalleled wealth of talent. Associates have mastery in their specialties and a broad scope of experience.
